In Tactical Assassin, your job is to assassinate the bad-guy
stickmen. Your weapon, a sniper rifle, is fairly accurate... but sometimes the wind can
throw off the trajectory of your bullets. So aim carefully. On some missions,
you only need to kill one bad guy; on others, everybody. In all missions, avoid
being detected! If you fail a mission, all the bad guys politely move back to
their original positions so you can try again.

Tip: In most missions, you'll have a moment or two to survey the scene. Take
stock of what's going on so you'll have a better chance at success.
